What this site is

Noida Escorts is a directory. We publish verified listings of independent escorts and companions operating across Noida and the wider NCR. We are not an agency, we do not employ anyone listed, and we are not a party to any booking you make. The contract for a booking is between you and the escort, on whatever terms you agree between yourselves.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Every person listed is confirmed to be over 18 before their profile is published. If you are under 18, leave now — do not attempt to make contact with any listing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Contact any listing for a purpose other than arranging an adult booking with a consenting adult.
• Attempt to identify, track, threaten, harass or contact any escort outside the agreed booking, or publish their personal information, photographs or details without written permission.
• Attempt to book with anyone you have reason to believe is not an adult, is not consenting, or is being coerced or trafficked. Report any such concern to us and we will act on it.
• Scrape, copy, republish or systematically harvest the listings, photographs, reviews or content of this directory for any purpose without written permission.
• Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the contact or report forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to harass staff.

Accuracy of listings

We verify what we can and we remove listings that fail review, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on every profile is accurate at the moment you read it. A rate may have changed, a service may have been withdrawn, or a listing may have been removed since the page was cached. The rate and the services shown to you directly by the escort when you make contact are the ones that apply.

Rates and payment

Rates published on a profile are the complete cost for the duration shown, charged by the escort directly. There is no booking fee and no commission added to a published rate. Payment methods, cancellation terms and any travel implications are agreed between you and the escort before a booking takes place. We are not a party to that payment and cannot refund it.

Reviews

Reviews are published after moderation. We check that a review describes a genuine meeting and that it stays professional; we do not remove a review because it is negative. We may remove a review that is spam, is from a non-attendee, identifies a third party, or breaches anything in these terms. If you believe a review about you is inaccurate or defamatory, contact us and it will be reviewed.

Reporting a listing

If a listing is inaccurate, the behaviour of someone using it is unacceptable, or you have a concern about consent, safety or coercion, report it through the report page. Reports about consent or safety are treated as urgent and are reviewed by the directory team. We do not require you to have attended a booking to raise a safety concern.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noida Escorts is not liable for the acts, omissions, conduct or safety of any person listed, for the performance of any booking, or for any loss arising from your use of the site. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings published by users of the directory beyond the verification steps we actually perform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Availability and changes

Listings, rates and services change frequently and without notice. We may remove, suspend or edit any listing at any time, particularly where a report is upheld or where a profile stops being maintained. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly so it can be resolved without the cost of proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
