Report a listing or a review

Reports are read by the directory team, not by the person being reported. If your concern is about consent, safety, coercion or trafficking, it is treated as urgent and you will get a reply within 24 hours. Other reports are normally reviewed within 2 to 3 working days.

What you can report

• A profile that is inaccurate — wrong photographs, wrong location, or a rate that does not match what you were told.
• A profile that misrepresents services — a service list that implies something the escort does not actually offer, or the reverse.
• Conduct that breached our standards — pressure to extend a booking, upselling, being treated disrespectfully, or being contacted after a booking you asked to end.
• A review that is false, spam, or identifies a third party.
• A safety or consent concern — anything suggesting an escort is not working voluntarily, is being trafficked, or is being coerced. We will act on these immediately.
• A duplicated or hijacked listing — someone else's photographs or details used without permission.

What to include

The more specific you are, the faster it can be acted on. Please include:

• The profile name and the area it is listed under.
• What you are reporting and what you believe to be wrong.
• When it happened, and whether you attended a booking or are reporting on someone else's behalf.
• Any booking reference, screenshot or message you have.
• How we can reach you — email is best, because you can include details you would not want to put in a phone call.

Please do not send explicit photographs or messages. A description of what happened is enough for us to act on it, and it protects everyone involved.

What happens next

1. We confirm receipt. You will get an acknowledgement with a reference number. Safety concerns are acknowledged within 24 hours.
2. We review the listing. We check the report against the profile, the reviews on it, and anything already flagged against that listing.
3. We act. Depending on what we find, we may edit the listing, remove the service in question, suspend the profile, or remove it entirely. Repeat or serious breaches lead to permanent removal.
4. We tell you the outcome. You will be told what was done, in general terms. We will not share what another client reported, and we will not share the personal details of the person reported.

Reporting a safety concern by phone

If a situation is urgent and you would rather not write it down, call +91 99900 45020 and ask for the directory desk. Say plainly that it is a safety concern and you will be prioritised.

What we cannot do

We cannot investigate a report without enough detail to identify the listing, and we cannot share another person's information with you — including the identity of a client who has left a review. We also cannot refund a booking, act as intermediary in a payment dispute, or compel anyone to meet. For anything involving a payment, speak to the escort directly, because the contract for the booking is between the two of you.
